My disc for MCC is not being read by my Xbox one. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do? It was working perfectly fine for a few months and now it will not (no scratches or blemishes).

If you haven’t already, try hard resetting your Xbox (hold in the power button for 30 seconds, then remove the power brick for 1 minute and finally connect everything back up again). If that doesn’t work, do any of your other game discs work at all or regular DVD’s / Blu Ray’s? Are you able to borrow a copy of the game from a friend and see if it is perhaps your disc that is at fault?
