MCC crashing since H4 update

Has anyone else had a problem with MCC online games kicking you from the server and even crashing since the halo 4 update?

I have been playing a mix of both online and offline games co op, and online games randomly kick me from the server and sometimes even crash my Xbox and even the offline games have crashed my entire Xbox twice.
I’ve played other games with no problems, could it be my Xbox or my internet?

I have not played on my X1 since the latest update, only on my desktop, however, I would be remis if I did not ask if you tried deleting the MCC completely, restarting the X1, and then reinstalling the MCC.
