MCC Crashing PC

I recently bought halo 3 for pc on steam, after I downloaded it every time I try to boot it up my PC gives me a warning so I can save my work telling me “You have 1 minute before your PC reboots” without any warning code or anything. This 1 minute window allows me to try to log in into Halo, idk if this has any correlation but it shows me a message saying halo couldn’t log in. I owned halo using game pass on PC for a while, maybe this has something to do with it.

I tried rebooting my PC, telling MCC to use my GPU, booting halo with nothing open apart from steam, having my xbox app open, nothing seems to work

Haven’t found any fixes online yet, I’ve always had trouble with mcc when i used to have game pass for pc

Sounds like you have some malware on your machine OP, I would look up how to boot your machine into safe mode and run some virus scans. Although the timing is coincidental, this isn’t something likely related to installing the game

I was running an old version of windows, thanks for the help
