I’m an insider preview alpha-skip from Xbox, and in the last update of the console, it caused the MCC to lock and close as soon as I press the menu button on the main screen. I’ve done everything to solve it, but it seems to be an att preview problem. I’m reporting here, as I reported directly via Xbox.
have to tried playing offline or with a different account it won’t fix your issue but it sounds like you are in the same boat as a number of us had a ticket open for 2 weeks now and been ignored. Microsft confirmed its an in game issue so we are out of luck until 343 gets their act together.
