MCC Crash and new bug

  1. Crash has been happening for many years
    Xbox one (older original black model)
    BTB
    Game starts but in less than 30sec it freezes, makes weird noises, and Xbox shuts off.
    Cannot turn on by controller after that. Have to physically hit power button to turn back on.
    Been going on for many years. Not new. Both on disc and on Pass

  2. Today right before Match starts (still showing red/blue players list) leave game option pops up. I have to quickly back out with B button or I wind up having overlay on start of game and can’t move. Happened numerous times. 2 different controllers. Xbox

Any ideas how to fix?

Adding on to this, just had an instance where the screen froze and I lost control. I could still hear the game and all, just what I mentioned. Ended up losing the game because if that. It also caused my Xbox to crash.
MCC is good and all, but it’s also the only game I have that frequently crashes and breaks like this. Fixing this should become a high priority.

UPDATE: Happened again, in Halo 4 again too. Was forced to dashboard, close the game, but when I re-opened it, my Xbox crashed. I’m going through a 15-minute ban as of writing this.

  1. Autoresume. When I turn on Xbox and load MCC it loads to where I left off in game. Whenever I try to search a game it loads for a second and kicks back to main search screen. I click again to load the search fir that playlist and kicks back a screen again. Over and over. Only way to stop this is restart my console. Happens every time I start Xbox and MCC.

Quickresume doesnt work for halo servers. Restart the game when u get back on or youll be unable to load into any game. Have the same issue on H5
