I’m thinking about that if you finish all The campaigns on legendary, you’ll get the heliskrill armor.
Think about this, wouldn’t it be much more fun if for example you finish the Halo CE campaign on legendary, finds all the skulls and terminals you get the Mark IV armor?
and if you finish Halo 2, find all the skulls and terminals you’ll get another armor or maybe a legendary emblem like Rex emblem? If you know about the easter egg in Halo 2 I’m talking about or just a memorable stance from a Halo 2 cut scene, just one reward for the effort.
Halo 3 you’ll get maybe a Spartans Never Die, legendary emblem.
Halo 3 ODST, Rookie & Dutch armor?
Halo 4, Forward unto dawn, Didact or the librerian legendary emblem?

For H2 it’s a good idea but it would have to be very substantial seeing as though H2 Leg is absolute hell… It was designed to be unfair
