Just started playing MCC again and only have touched the h3 hardcore playlist since coming back. Rank started at 1 and leveled up to 11 by end of day Sunday. Each day, or when MCC is closed, regardless on how high my rank is. I will be brought down to Rank 1. Any suggestions would be helpful, but I doubt this is a problem associated with my end.
-Update-
I’ve performed the following,
- Reinstalled MMC and Ranked up to level 2, quit game after 30 seconds, relaunched game and experienced the same issues as before with ranks resetting.
- Created a new account and ranked the account up to level 2, quit and relaunched game and once again experienced this issue.
- Factory reset Xbox and downloaded MMC once again, reinstalled MMC launched and immediately ranked level 6. Played a few games, got to rank level 7. Quit the game and now I’m back down to rank level 6.
How is this issue related to my client?
