Hey guys,
So I haven’t played in a while but I am trying to jump back into it. For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to play any of the competitive playlists, but I have yet to get matched in a single game yet. I start searching in a playlist, wait 5 minutes, then backout and search a different playlist. Oddly enough, I can play social matches just fine.
Some info to maybe help debug:
Network Status: Full Strength; IPv4; NAT Type: Open; “All services are available”
Rank is 1 for all playlists except HCE Team Doubles which is 16.
I am on the East Coast and have tried searching random times between 11AM EST - 9PM EST, Mon-Sun.
Any support would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Been having the same exact problem. I was playing competetive playlists last week and now nothing. Ive tried resetting router, different xboxes, reinstalling the game. This is frustrating. A solution or an update to fix this would be nice.
I don’t think it’s anything on 343’s end. This just has to do with not enough players are playing ranked for you to match against. They’ve tried to help this by increasing the threshold for H2C and H2A hardcore. As for the other playlists I’m not too sure if they’ve done any changing (other than removing a few in the past).
