Contacted Support about never receiving ODST download and it requesting me to pay. SR# 1337666851. I know all the requirements and was even pre-ordered through Microsoft.

All the details about MCC Compensation can be found in this topic OP, it’s pinned at the top of this forum. Looking at your Service Record though, its looks like you didn’t start playing until the 22nd which is after the cut-off for eligibility. Even if you pre-ordered, you actually had to play the game before December 19th.
