A few friends and I went achievement hunting this past weekend and encountered repeated disconnects and even my entire XBox parties feature breaking entirely (literally… 2 days later I still can’t join, invite, or see who is in friends’ parties). When we abandoned using a party and just used gamechat however it ran so much more smoothly. We still ended up having someone DC with 2 minutes left on a run for the annual achievement, but it was better than the agonisingly slow progress we were makign with constant disconnects 9with the same people) using parties.
Is this a known issue - has anyone else experienced it - or is something weird just going on with my system?

Absolutely. What campaign were you playing? I played Halo 2 remastered over co-op with just one other player and found it to be almost unbearably laggy.

H3 (bad lag), H3:ODST, and H4 (we had 3-4 people hence CEA and 2A were out).
