Since the start of season 5, I have repeatedly ran into an issue while playing matchmaking where my Xbox will freeze and then shut itself off, I’m not sure if it is an issue with the MCC itself or if it is my Xbox. Is anyone else having this issue?
Many of my friends who I regularly play customs with have this same issue.
I’ve had this happen, only on Halo 3 Big Team Battle matches. It could be because of the new armor and skins.

It is, when I Disabled the New Skins in Halo 3 I haven’t had any game crashes after that
It’s an issue with the MCC, your Xbox should be fine. I’m playing on a One X and if I’m playing H3 a lot it will crash like once a week.

I took your advice and switched my skins to off, and it hasn’t crashed on me all day. Thank you.

They really need to fix this. I’m quite happy with the new skins, but if it’s going to cause performance issues, what’s the point of even having them???
