MCC Causes Bluescreen Error After Launching

Whenever I launch it from Windows Store, and Or the Start Screen/Taskbar, it asks to allow Microsoft Store Package Dependency Installer to make changes, I say yes, then it blue screens. Happens with MCC only. Thank you
