Hi all,
I created the Grifball map “Team Impact Arena” that is in matchmaking rotation for Reach whenever the Grifball playlist is live on MCC. As far as I know, it has been in all the updates since Reach was added to MCC but I haven’t had the Cartographer Nameplate activated on my account for it. After checking the requirements on a post from September 2018 [ https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/news/mcc-september-update ] I found that it has to be manually unlocked for me.

I tried reaching out to members of the community team on Twitter but so far to no avail.
If anyone from the team who can activate this for me, or forward the message on for me it would be greatly appreciated. I will continue this campaign to unlocking the Cartographer Nameplate, as my map has been in Reach and now MCC for the past 8/9 years.
