May be a stupid issue, but I’m having trouble with my MCC game on Steam. I played through the single player campaign of Reach (Beautiful, wasn’t it? Someone should take a picture), and went to begin Halo CE. Only issue is that all the other titles under “Campaigns” (Halo CE, Halo 2, Halo 3, ODST, Halo 4, “Cross-Game Playlists”), were grayed out, and could not be selected or launched with either the mouse or keyboard (tried a lot of buttons). I have checked my Steam receipt and I definitely payed for the full MCC, I didn’t just buy Reach, I got the whole package.
Am I missing something here like a complete numskull? Or is something wrong with my install? Any comments/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Only Reach has been released on PC so far. The rest are coming next year. There is also a description on the Steam page that states this. 
By paying the full (what is it now, 39.99 USD?) you’ve just pre-ordered ALL the games in the MCC. All those games that you see greyed out should, hopefully, be available for you in the coming years. Halo CE is set to start flight testing early next year.

Halo ce just released today but im having a problem starting it, its saying that im missing content even though i have both the campaign and multiplayer installed, i have uninstalled ce both campaign and multiplayer many times, and uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but no luck, can any person help out
I couldn’t get MCC to work on release day either until I made sure to go to the Store page after it installed. The downloads/updates don’t work right from the Library, you have to go to the actual Store page for some reason.
Ooops, sorry, this only works if we’re talking the Microsoft Store version.
So we basically bought this game to play ALL the halo games in one thing and now they basically told us “Oh we released Reach but in return you can’t play any other of the campaigns sorry.” -Yoink-, 343 needs to fix this ASAP on all platforms!

There’s nothing to fix here.
Back in December only Reach was released on PC. You could either buy it for $10 and get only Reach, or buy the bundle for $40. When buying the bundle for PC, you got Reach initially and then each game as they left flighting and were released to retail. As it stands today you have access to Reach, CEA and H2A. Halo 3 is currently in flighting and will be released soon.
There is no issues on Xbox as all games are already available.
