MCC Campaign Leaderboard Scores NOT Updating

I’ve been playing Halo Master Chief Collection legendary Co-op with my son (specifically Halo 2 … My/Our FAVORITE) and trying to get the #1 high score on every level. After learning to manipulate the skulls to increase the multiplier (and the odds / ability) to get the highest score possible we got 9 out of 13 HIGH SCOREs according to the “Displaying: Global” stats. With only four more levels left, we went to work… That’s when our “improved” scores suddenly stopped transferring to “Global” stats. We beat our score (on the level “Regret”) on FOUR separate occasions / games (once before Christmas, and 3 different times after Christmas) … Hours and hours of restarting, replaying, and trying to pull off a perfect game. Four different times we beat our score, and all four times it did NOT update our score (on neither the “Global” leader board display nor the “Top 5 Friends Co-op” display). My question is WHY is it not transferring?!? It usually instantly transfers after the level is completed. I know because our goal was initially to at least go top 10; and every time it instantly transferred as we accomplished our goal on each / all 13 levels. It also instantly updated when we set and accomplished our goal of going top 5 high scores on each / all 13 levels. The final goal was to go #1 high score on ALL 13 levels, BUT with only 4 more levels to go (Cairo Station, Regret, Gravemind, and High Charity) we are stumped. Not because of lack of skill or effort, BUT because THE SCORES WILL NOT TRANSFER :frowning: I’ve called 1-800-4my-xbox who could not resolve this particular issue. They gave me the number 425-882-8080 (“the developers for Halo”, but ended up being Microsoft Corp.) which did not help because you have to have an extension # OR press “0” and wait forever only to have nobody answer (and yes I called during business hours “M-F, 7-5:30 Pacific Time and not on holidays”). From there I called the suggested number from the automated answering machine 800-426-9400 (Microsoft Corp, Customer Service??) which ended up routing me back to 1-800-4my-xbox. And now I’m here, typing for days trying to use “forums” for help (which I have never actually successfully gotten help from; only learning about everybody’s MANY problems or gripes with Xbox ONE and / or Halo 5 or MCC). What does it take to reach some tech support (Bungie, 343 Industries, or Microsoft) to resolve this issue?!? It is painstaking and very time consuming to resolve these kinds of issues. I will admit, I a much older than your average gamer, and have literally been playing video games since they where invented… and I have had more problems / techno issues with Xbox ONE than every console combined that I have ever owned (even since the very first console “Pong”). I realize the technology is much more complex, I get it, BUT getting tech-support for issues like this seems impossible. Can I get some help, solutions , or tech support before I die of old age?
