Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone could help. I’m not particularly tech savvy to begin with, but after the most recent update on MCC bringing Halo 4 in, I’ve had a few issues. Firstly my menu screen can be quite laggy at times and sometimes when I go into a lobby it pauses on that screen and I have to restart my game. Secondly, it wont actually let me download Halo 4’s multiplayer, campaign and ODST’s campaign. On some occasions after I tick the boxes and accept selection I’ll have a percentage at the top of my screen indicating how far the download is. When it completes it doesn’t actually install what I’ve selected and the boxes are just unchecked again. In other instances I accept the selection and I don’t even have a percentage on top. I have quite a decent PC setup and I have at least 50 gigs left on this drive so I don’t think space is an issue. Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Try looking on the windows store and seeing if you have some files left too download there. Should be a few small files, happens to me every time I’ve had to reinstall it.

Thank you for your response. I went on steam and verified my game files and that seems to have fixed the problem. Your comment gave me that idea though so thank you very much

No problem, didn’t realise you were on Steam, probably for the best as it’s a nightmare working with the windows store and Xbox App.
