MCC Bug: Pressing any button freezes game

So i downloaded the MCC the day before and started it up and was feeling pretty good about things, everything seemed fine except for the Main menu being a bit slow to respond but i shrugged it off.

So i load up Halo Reach campaign and watch the cutscenes at 100fps which was awesome, but as soon as i was tasked with actually taking control of my character i noticed that when pressing ANY KEY the game would completely freeze for a moment, Holding down a key would freeze the game entirely till i released said key.

This is a major bug and i can’t play the game at all, iv reinstalled it twice and even gone as far as shutting down all other programs that might be causing interference n shuch and still no improvement.

Hey, I had this issue too. It looks like if you launch it not through the xbox app and just open it using the start menu it works. At least that what it seems like. Frustrating asf.

I have this issue too, bought game pass to play mcc, and it doesn’t even work. Thanks 343
