MCC and H5 not starting

Everytime I try to play either MCC or H5 I am greeted with a message that says “Sign in or renew the subscription” it then just says “Make sure your Xbox Live Gold is up to date” I have my membership set to auto renew, I am able to play if I have the disc in, this just happens with the digital copy. The reason this is a huge problem is my Xbox refuses to play H5 quite a lot so I get rather annoyed this keeps happening. I even reached out to Xbox Support a week ago on Twitter and they never answered me.

Try contacting them here OP: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/

If you are getting the same message on multiple games then it’s likely either an account issue or something with your Xbox.

Have you tried a hard reset? I would attempt that first. If that doesn’t work then talk to support on their site.

Yeah I tried that, the weird thing is even if I didn’t have Gold membership you can still play the campaign and Forge.

Outside of reinstalling it I can’t think of what the issue would be. Very odd.

I managed to get in touch with Microsoft and they suggest I reinstall, which is a pain in the -Yoink- since both games are like 130GB’s.
