MCC Achievements/Stats COMPLETELY BROKEN for me!

I just finished playing the first 5 missions of Halo 4 in the MCC on Legendary difficulty (Co-op with 2 other friends), and I noticed that I still don’t have the achievements “Brovershield” (requires 2 co-op missions completed on Heroic or higher), Brohammer (Requires 3 co-op missions completed on Legendary difficulty), and I noticed no progress had been made on any achievements for simply completing missions, like "I Got This" and “Can’t Out It Down”, and the other achievements which are for completing 100 missions, 150 missions, and so forth (on any difficulty). I then checked, and no progress had been made on any “Kill 1000 whatever” achievements, or any other achievements that I know that should have been earned, or had progress made. My co-op teammates were getting achievements for beating the Par Score on each mission (we all beat the Par Score on all 5, and Par Time on 1) and they received other achievements that I should have earned as well, but I wasn’t receiving any. However, if I browse through the Halo MCC menus and look at the details/description for each of the 5 missions we completed today, it shows that I had completed all 5 missions on Legendary difficulty. It just won’t reflect that in my Career stats in MCC or when viewed on Halo Waypoint. I know for sure that I am not having any stats or achievements recorded in Halo 4 in MCC, and I believe the other MCC Halo versions are also affected, but I have not verified the other game versions. I am just so frustrated at the moment, and don’t feel like trying to earn achievements in the other versions right now, but I will verify this soon. Although, I am pretty sure all Halo versions in MCC are affected. My stats and achievements in Halo 5 (not included in MCC) seem to be working just fine. My brother, and Halo Co-op partner, passed away a while back. When I finally was able to play Halo again (after we were hit head-on by an idiot driver, and his passing later), I retired my old account and started a new one with my daughter as my new co-op partner. Since then, I have been playing co-op with a lot of friends, and it sickens me to realize that a good portion of my new Halo career stats are missing and might not be recovered.

I THOUGHT this was a problem in MCC about 5-6 months ago, but I have been focused on Halo 5 for most of that rime. Now, I KNOW it is happening. I have screenshots showing the missions have been completed on Legendary difficulty, but no achievements were awarded. Another thing to note is that I see “gibberish” ASCII characters for the names of some friends when looking at the mission details to see the Top 5 scores or Top 5 fastest times for the missions that I completed on Legendary difficult earlier today.

Does anyone know where I could report this so that someone could look into this issue? I didn’t want to uninstall/reinstall Halo MCC if my stats/achievements for it in my Xbox Live account are corrupted. I don’t know if the problem could be fixed in my account, then MCC would update my account with the missing stats and achievements, and if uninstalling/reinstalling would prevent the possibility of recovering my stats. I doubt my friends will want to repeat those missions anytime soon. We were about to start a quest to complete all Halo MCC missions on Legendary difficulty. Now, I don’t want to do all of that and lose all the achievements and any record of doing it.

The community here is always so helpful, and I want to thank anyone in advance for any ideas, thoughts, or other info that might point me in the right direction of a solution to recovering my activity, or at least fixing it so that new activity will not be forever lost.

I was hoping somebody might have some suggestion or idea for me to try. I guess it’s just a weird problem that is only affecting me. I just don’t know where else to go for help. If anyone has any ideas about what I could try to do to fix this, or if anyone knows a better place for me to ask for help with this, please let me know__.__ Any ideas or help would be so very much appreciated! I had just convinced a few friends to go through the entire Master Chief Collection on Legendary with me, but now I can’t do that because of this problem. It is frustrating and saddening when I have a problem like this, and I don’t know where to turn to get help, even just some ideas for things I could try to get it working again. When my brother, and Halo co-op partner, passed away, I retired my old account that I used for Halo. I guess it’s some crazy thought of a two-Spartan team missing in action, but it felt like the right thing to do. Now, my 9-year-old daughter is my new Halo co-op partner, and I have a few new friends I play with as well, and although we have completed the MCC on normal, I wanted to go back and complete it on Legendary, and get all the collectible items, terminals, and so forth. I was hoping to work towards getting my new account’s service record somewhat as respectable as my MIA account. I really enjoy the entire Halo universe, and it is such a shame that the MCC, a huge part of the Halo universe, is unusable for me, and there doesn’t seem to be anything I can do about it.

I just very Recently beat ALL campaigns for MCC. Halo 1 and 2 gave me their legendary achievements no problem. Halo 3 and 4, thats where my concerns are. Niether of them gave me the achievement for beating them on legendary, and i have still yet to recieve the “Legend” achievement required for the Helioskrill armor. Its a dissapointment that I played the game for hours to accomplish this, and not even be rewarded with the achievements. Those arent the only achievements that have yet to unlock. I have another 13 achievements that have yet to unlock in MCC alone, and im beginning to give up on this matter. Ive looked online and went to both halo waypoint and xbox’s websites to check the achievements. Both say that I have met the requirements for Halo 3, 4, and the “Legend” achievement. Its been almost a week now and none of these achievements have even registered as complete yet. All I want are the achievements, and the the reward of the Helioskrill armo, and yet Ive been rejected by a faulty interface.

I feel your frustration. I want a place where I can go to get proper support for Halo MCC. I want to get a ticket number, tracking number, or whatever. I want some living person to respond and let me know that my problem report has been received and is being investigated by capable staff. Then, I want to be able to check the status of my problem report and actually see the history of activity concerning someone’s attempt to investigate or fix the problem. Maybe this is just too much to ask for a video game. I don’t know. I am just very frustrated with this problem. I guess I really don’t care if I get a ticket number or anything else, for that matter, if my problem gets fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I think 2 weeks from the time I reported it, at the most, would suffice. Is that too much to expect?

i feel all of your pain all too well…it seems i have been plagued with the same issues. i would go into details of my personal issues in particular with this game but they are the exact same problems that are listed above. achievements/completion status doesnt seems to update basically [not even the achievement app for xbox one works with it anymore]. i have surfed the forums and support on these topics and it seems futile, i have read replies from people who had tried to reach out to 343 years ago when this game was first plagued with bugs. ironically those same people have also said recently [this year] that 343 has yet to come to theirs or anyone elses aid for problems such as this after all this time which seems very discouraging. I’m all about the constructive criticism and positivity 343, however if i can surf your own websites personal forums and support threads and find everything from frustrated gamers who use their own personal financial assets to invest in a game compilation, they [myself included] expect a certain amount of quality fortheir hard earned money. I dont negate the fact that developers and everone involved in this game and others are very busy but i do expect you to also stand by your product…if you accidentally buy mouldy bread at the store do you not get reimbursed for the under quality food? So please do tell 343, are you going to give me something other than mouldy bread, because im ready to have some pbj and im not intending to make it with this :S.
