MCC Achievements not working even after update

hi guys,

Even after the most recent update to Master Chief collection, a lot of my achievements still not unlocking despite completing them.

For example:
Complete all campaigns on normal difficulty
Complete all campaigns on easy difficulty
Etc

any ideas from anyone on this?

Lots of people is experiencing this, especialy with the campaign completions achievements.
The only thing I can suggest you is to play again those mission you had done before tha update.
For me it says I have not completed ODST and I have no achievement, while in the campaign menu it says I have on legendary ( which is true ). I saw in the carrer>achievement>h3 that I did not completed the last mission ( which I had ) so I have to re do it

If you look at your service record you’re missing Regret, Gravemind and Uprising in Halo 2 and Reclaimer and Shutdown in Halo 4.

Yeah, but I have of course done them on legendary. They are unbelievable these errors
