MCC Achievements not showing on Xbox Game Bar

Since the launch of Halo 4, my achievements have stopped appearing on the Game Bar list. I’ve had to start using the Xbox app on my phone in order to track my progress. It’s incredibly annoying and I don’t know how to fix it. This is definitely a Halo thing as EVERY other game I own has achievements being detected no problem. With Halo, however, it just says “Launch a game to see your achievements. You’ll see your progress here.” I’ve tried reinstalling, signing in/out of my account, restored all settings to default, restarted my computer, installing on a different hard drive, etc. idk what to do anymore.

Edit: Forgot to mention, I signed in/out of GameBar, and tried resetting it’s data.

I’m about to just uninstall and reinstall from Steam

Tried installing to my main hard drive. I thought maybe because I reinstalled it to my secondary one, that the game wasn’t picking up certain files it needed to, but unfortunately I still cannot see them. Luckily I only need one more achievement and just use the Xbox app on my phone to track the progress.
