I get it, there is a freakin cluster f**k over saturation of theories, but I can’t help but notice extreme hate towards Locke. What if he really *is the good guy, and we grow to like him? Perhaps he’ll even end up helping Chief fight off a much larger threat such as the storm and prometheans.
Yeah, I don’t personally see Locke as the bad guy here. Halo never goes down the black and white morality trope when it comes to characters, and when they do it comes off very badly and is roundly hated as was the case with the Kilo-5 trilogy of books.

Well, the guy clearly had every intention of saving Sedra and other colonies from the storm making more bio bombs. I’m pretty sure that his best interests are to do good and actually save people. Just like everyone has been saying, maybe Locke really is just misinformed about the Chief because of ONI, or Chief really did do something wrong (Which was probably an accident).
I don’t hate locke, I just don’t like seeing chief on the ground like that. I think locke has a lot of potential as a character, he may change like the arbiter did. I mean he thinks he is hunting a traitor to humanity, he is trying to save people. No doubt locke is good.

I do get what you mean, I bet ONI brain washed or tricked Agent Locke and now he thinks Master Chief is the Enemy, I think ONI are the real enemies. Its like Sonic, Egg man said to Knuckles, Sonic did this that and the other and Knuckles got tricked but In the end Sonic and Knuckles teamed up. Chief and Locke would be the best Army Of Two!!!
Well just like the arbiter did, once locke finds out the truth. I think him and chief will be hanging out at the bar together, on their time off.
But I still think chief would kick lockes -Yoink- at pool, or darts.

Agreed. I think people just really don’t take a liking to any one who will try and take away our Chief!
