Maybe a Bug on Multiplayer

I notice that when you play matchmaking,sometimes the black screen comes,stays a little while and goes out,in this time,the bullets of some weapons just go double.

Like you pick up a rocket launcher the black screen comes and then you have +4 rockets.
I don’t know if this has happend to someone too but have to me like 3,4 times.

Thats been in halo since 3 i think, this usually happens when the host changes or is booted, All the weapons on the map respawn when this happens
