06/29/2016 After the update came thru I bought a (maximum value ) req pack bundle. My card has been charged yet there are no req packs in the open packs!
Frustrated and concerned. I will call Microsoft on this. 106+ dollars for nothing. I think that’s theft of service.
Fix it please .Yes I have the E-mail string receipt from Microsoft in my e-mail.
I Had the Same problem contact Xbox Live Support they Can Refund you.
Hi there, try hard resetting your console and see if the items show up, or check your unopened packs here on Waypoint to see if they appear there

I’ve noticed when things happen on the console regarding REQ packs, they can take a little while to show up. From what I’ve also gathered, the more you are to receive at once, the longer the wait period because they ALL are going to show up at once and not a few at a time.
