I was using a Chosen (Taking down vultures with a brute shot is nasty btw) and got him to level 3 and he didn’t want to level further it seemed. Is 3 the maximum for non blitz mode games?
If it’s like HW1, yes, but I don’t actually know. Just speculating.
Yes, veterancy 3 is the absolute maximum heroes, or most units for that matter, can obtain. Spartans, when stationed in a vehicle, can obtain veterancy 6 given enough time. Vet 6 vultures are fun- the phoenix missile will chunk like 1/4 health from a scarab haha.

They could if they have had barrage from HW1 not that excuse of rocket from HW2

That is nasty. Honestly though chosen either needs a nerf or all covenant except shipmaster shouldn’t be able to teloport him or something. It’s litterally free harassment without consequence at all… If I get up an entire half pop of roaming snipers hunting it down and I get it to red and it teloports back to a turtle there is nothing you can do… At all… That I can see at least
