Why didn’t you just put this in the same thread as when you asked if the Beam Rifle was going to return?
But once again, nobody knows yet. I doubt it though, since I wouldn’t think that Brutes will return either. The Mauler was only really good for dual wielding, but since that’s no longer in, it will be rather redundant.

The Brutes I believe are on the verge of extinction and the Mauler was intended as a dual-wieldable weapon so I doubt it
