Fireteam Cerberus is one of the longest-standing casual Spartan Companies. We don’t require you to sign over your entire social life to us or hit certain goals: we just ask that you enjoy playing Halo (any Halo - see below) in a team, have a mature attitude, and a cooperative outlook.
You want…:
-
Reliable UK/EU and/or US-based teammates who play cooperatively? - We got them. - A group with no requirements beyond having a relaxed mature attitude? - We are that. - To play a particular gametype or a mix of them? - We want to as well. And we’re always happy to try new things. - To play any Halo game (including Halo 5, Halo Wars 2, MCC, Reach, Halo Wars DE or BC, etc.)? - We play them all.
-
Access to a wider global community of like-minded Spartan Companies and players? - We founded the Halo Cooperative Gaming Club on XBox Live, which has members from at least 12 countries all unified by their love of Halo and their desire to play with reliable teammates. - To have communication channels beyond just the Waypoint forums and your friends list? - We have an XBL club and a (completely optional opt-in) Discord group. There is also a XBL club for our wider community. - Achilles Armour? - We’re working towards it. It’s not an all-consuming endeavour like for some other groups, but we’ll make it - exciting news on that and the helmet. We want…:
-
Like-minded people who enjoy Halo and can work as a team. - Ideally voice comms, but this isn’t an absolute requirement. - Mature and relaxed attitudes - end of the day this is a game and we play for fun. Little else matters.About us:
We’re a group of UK/EU and US players (about a 60%/40% split at the moment) who don’t take ourselves too seriously, like playing as a team, and understand that real life comes first. We’re never going to ask you to do something you don’t want to do with your free time, but when you want to play Halo: you’ll always find teammates here. We’ll get Achilles in the end, but we’ll have fun along the way.
Questions?
Feel free to post below or drop us a message: MorseyBaby, Dinoscoper42, PTB, or Steam Gage. All GTs are the same so you’re welcome to contact us on XBL too. We’re also happy to play with you on a try-before-you-buy basis.
If you’d like to go straight to applying to join we welcome that too, but please tell us something about yourself in the request - e.g. timezone, gametypes you like to play.

Weekly update for Fireteam Cerberus:
Making up for our skipped update last week: we have seen a fantastic increase in members in the past two weeks and we look forward to welcoming even more friendly faces to the community - the next member will be our 50th!
In the past couple of weeks we have continued our regular things: HW2 MP, H5 Warzone, Breakout, Arena, and some Cheevo hunting with our friends in the XBL club community Halo Cooperative Gaming Club

Weekly update:
I may be biased, but Fireteam Cerberus is now in a golden age. We are delighted to have welcomed Steam Gage to the company leadership, as well as welcoming a long-time friend and achievement-hunter extraordinaire/all-round nice guy DarnedGymnast22, with whom we originally founded our global community partnership XBL club Halo Cooperative Gaming Club.
Not only does this mean we now have bilingual support in the company (English and Spanish), but also that our awesomeness factor just went through the roof.
So… come and join the golden age!

I’m so honored that I’m considered to be a factor in the Golden age (I need a happy emoji with a tear here)
To any interested in joining who see this, I’m U.S. Based, and from the west coast, so you’ll likely have a company leader available for a very broad time frame between myself and my colleagues.
I haven’t been a member of Fireteam Cerberus for an extraordinarily long time, but I’ve loved playing Halo much more since joining the ranks of this company. I was just about ready to give up on multiplayer, cause I was so done with playing solo 90% of the time. But, this company spans such a large area that there is almost always someone online. Everyone I’ve come across just likes to talk and laugh. We’re not too competitive overall, though we do have some competitive players, and welcome more!! It’s a relief knowing I can do amazing in a match, or awful in a match without being expected to perform Equally or be booted for a bad one.
Also, if anyone does join (or is an existing member) and happens to notice, I send out a message via Waypoint to the Company informing everyone where we are at with commendations towards Achilles armor. But this isn’t intended to pressure or push anyone into chasing these commendations while leaving their fun behind. We aren’t a grinding company, and you should have fun playing the game. It’s just intended to be a convenience for the members who are trying to reach that goal!
Weekly update:
Fireteam Cerberus is fast becoming the go-to Spartan Company for achievement hunting, both through our longtime involvement in the XBL club Halo Cooperative Gaming Club, the efforts of our players and leaders (very pleased to have welcomed the amazing DarnedGymnast22 to our company leadership), and now through new members of the company in the fantastic Lord McSwifty and Aykibaby.
This is also in addition to our regular activities in Halo 5, Halo Wars 2, and MCC multiplayer - including almost daily HW2 lobbies (shout out to the incredibly skilled AlphaCenturion2), and H5 Warzone and Arena groups.
