I am having trouble with halo MCC matchmaking. I cannot find any games. I have contacted Microsoft support and have completed all of their troubleshooting methods. None of them have helped with the problem. I would like a refund confirmation.

Mate you won’t get any guy from 343 responding i swear top u on that same problem here best bet is just to move on mate forget halo apart from them days when yr old mates come round and you can hop on 360 or do system link good those were the days post as much as u like bud u won’t hear a peep

If you want to try an get a refund, you’ll have to contact xbox support. These forums aren’t really looked over by 343i, at least I don’t believe so. You could also try contacting 343i via twitter?
