Matchmaking Unequal Teams

Why are matchmaking games so unequal. I am a Platinum and get 19 kills and is paired up with unleveled people who can’t get more than 2 kills. This happens all the time.

The screenshot didn’t work, but I was in the same situation the other day in SWAT. The opposing team was of equal or higher than me (Plat 3) and there was a Silver 4 on my team. I’m not blaming him at all for going 1 in 13, I blame this stupid ranking system for pairing him against Plat and Diamond ranks.

Plus look at this Onyx pulling in bronze and silver players while searching alone in swat like how does that make any sense at all?
