Is something wrong with the servers today? I have only been able to find two matches in 45 minutes. My NAT is open and I have the settings set to expanded search. Also, I restarted the game and my Xbox twice.
I found some matches in SWAT, but BTB and “Quick” Play (go figure) have timed out several times.
