Matchmaking system is garbage

As many others have mentioned, I’m getting matched against people way above my skill level. Seems like I’m getting matched against full preformed teams when I’m queuing up solo.

Most of my friends have already stopped playing this flight due to this and I’m pretty close to doing the same. It’s not fun getting steamroller by people way better than you, especially when it’s a full team of 4 all working together.

I think this might also be why there are so many complaints about aim assist (both being too high and too low) because everyone is getting matched with people wildly outside of their skill level.

Please fix the matchmaking system to make the matches more evenly balanced.

this flight having zero SBMM should be an expectation. queue times would be really long.

Well firstly, it takes time for a SBMM system to actually have a noticeable impact on matchmaking. The game doesn’t magically know your skill level after 4-5 games, it takes dozens of games to really place a player accurately.

And secondly, I highly doubt it’s in effect for the tech preview at all. Since it’s not optimal to put a SBMM system in for a game that has a low population.
