So I have been a major Halo fan until recently… I use to play Halo 5 Guardians all the time and now that it’s been a year and I’m trying to get back into it, everytime I go to play either Warzone-type matches, Ranked Matches, and Social Matches, it leaves me in a search queue of
“1/4 continuing search” for all multiplayer types. I’ve tried Expanded Search and Balanced Search. Nothing is working… are servers just down?

Eventually you should reacha screen which says that there are insufficient players in the playlist if matchmaking is failing so I wonder if it’s a connection issue.
First steps: try powering off your router for 30 seconds then plugging back in.
If that doesn’t work try a hard reset of your Xbox: hold down power button for 10 seconds.
