We’re aware that users are experiencing long search times in matchmaking. In order to isolate the issues, please post reports of this issue in here.

To better assist us in our investigation, please include answers to the following questions:

  • What is your NAT type? (Xbox One dashboard -> Settings -> Network -> NAT type)- Were you searching alone or in a party? How many were in the party?- Which playlists were you searching in?

Have played 10 matches since launch. 15-30 minute wait to find enough people for a match. 9 of the games have been either 3v1 or 3v2. When I am connected though there is little to no lag.

I haven’t found a game in 15 Minutes and I’m still searching right now.I also tried to restart the search.

This is pathetic**!** I love halo because Bungie made it. Now 343 took over and messed it all up. This is by far the biggest embarrassment in videogame history. Taking the holy grail of videogames and turning it into a sh*t show…

Connection Failed
“Your connection to the host has failed, please try again.”

Fixed this issue by clearing Alternate MAC Address

My Nat type is open I have Verizon FiOS my speeds on the Xbox one are 25mb download 27mb upload searching alone in the halo 3 and halo 2 anniversary playlists for over 10 minutes in each lobby without finding a single other player also have had an issue with halo 3 playlists when I did play the very few games I have if there are 8 people 3 out of 4 times it makes it a 6v2 match only once have I played a 4v4 with 8 people what is up with that?

any playlist - the only one I could join this morning was Big Battle games

i forgot to add that last night I was trying to start a co-op campaign with my friend but we never managed to join up despite both of us trying to host the game and use party invites, etc. will try again tonight and hope it works as that’s why we bought the game.
