Recently I’ve been facing an issue with the MCCs matchmaking that is causing my searches to loop.
I’ve been going through this loop on a number of different playlists:
Searching for more players
Players found
Connecting session
Connection failed
I’ve not been able to find a game after seeing this loop taking place hundreds of times and I’m honestly concerned that this is an error that needs to be addressed. I have made changes to my connection and tried playing other games. I managed to get a game instantly on other titles such as Titanfall but the MCC does not offer me a single game. Shame because I managed to find matchmaking games perfectly fine earlier this week and suddenly it’s stopped working for me.
I was wondering if anyone else has been having this issue with search loops to see if it genuinely is an MCC problem or if it is my internet connection.

At least I’m not the only one facing this. Usually my connection is pretty good so I believe that this is a bug that’s affecting certain players and we’re within the unfortuneate bunch who are suffering from it.
Been reading a lot of blogs on waypoint about this issue, iv’e tried resetting the router changing addresses and even went to the extent to uninstall the game and reinstall it and I am still having the searching for players loop just like you.
It’s not your connection it’s on bungies end im tryin reinstall and I heard deleting the wireless display preview app may help but they also did a hardreset dont feel like doin hr all my ports r open manual ip setup on xb1 ports assigned dmz also on
So my MCC says searching for more players and I can’t find games searching in matchmaking. I can start a custom game and have people on my party. Also I can search match making on other games and actually other accounts on my Xbox One. Only my main account is having this issue and I don’t understand why. I even checked to see if my privacy settings were set to restricted and they aren’t. I’ve looked into all the obvious stuff like NAT. Help!!!
