I haven’t heard any news on whether or not Halo 5 will have party restrictions like halo 3 did (only players with mic, 4 player teams will only get matched with another 4 player team, and randoms play randoms). Just wondering if 343i has released anything about this topic or not?
I am curious as well. I hope they do, otherwise the ranking system becomes less meaningful.

I just hope H5 isn’t broken by the same mistakes.

And its already been confirmed that H5 does not have party restrictions, and they are going to wait for feedback post launch to decide whether they add any.

Where was it confirmed? If it doesn’t have party restrictions then arena is going to be broken until they add it.

I have seen no confirmation of no/yes on party restrictions, just some stuff from beta.
There was no party restrictions in the beta because they were trying to get quantity of matches over quality matches for data during beta, which makes sense because it would add to the queue time and they would want more matches for, well…more data.
