Matchmaking not working

I live in Australia. I bought your game and loved it.
For the past fortnight however, I and many others, have struggled to get into a game. Neither Arena matches or Warzone games.
I have spent hours trying to find a fix for this. All I have found are similar complaints from Brazil, China, New Zealand, and parts of Europe.
No word of a fix can be found.

From what I can see, it seems that no movement will be made until America has a similar issues. Because that’s the only community that matters.

I hope one of us outsiders gets a reply soon.

Friend, I also did my best to find a solution really the problem and 343, has to do only with themselves, have abandoned my halo of waiting a solution , I came to a conclusion 98% of players in the world are playing normally and 2% are in trouble, those 2 % is called the 343 of " side effect " and I doubt very much that she will fix it . So do not expect too much unfortunately.
