I’ve had the exact same issue since day one of MCC, every game i get into has me lagging, people walk in walls for 20 seconds im back (most of the time dead) respawn and a second later frozen again…still have the same issue in MCC a year later. So I’m thinking to myself…its a brand new game right? it’s dedicated servers right? there’s no way this exact same issue carries over to an entire new game right? Absolutely wrong. Matchmaking is completely unplayable in an ENTIRE DIFFERENT GAME. What’s the common denominator? 343i. It is absolutely absurd that a company knew about this existing issue in MCC and yet blatantly disregards the exact same issue in their new game. I’m honestly dumbfounded at how this company can survive like seriously, the exact same issue people had in MCC is in Halo 5 and it seems like it is affecting even more people now. I’ll bet my entire life savings there will not be a fix for this issue either just like MCC. Appreciate you 343i for making me waste $60…again…
Also, I have TWC 25 up 4 down no other game in the history of games has this issue. I’ve tried the Google DNS suggestion and pretty much everything you can think of and nothing fixes it. It started out only a couple games would lag and resetting the game sometimes helped. Now, its every single game no matter what.
it’s laughable how awful 343i is as a whole company. no customer support/no support AT ALL for any of their games.
