I have mentioned this topic before on here. Usually a mod directs me somewhere else. I as a member of the community have been complaining about an issue that only seems to get worse. I have almost 8,000 games under my belt. So I feel that I have a pretty decent understanding of how the game works and flows. With that being said since this new matchmaking system has been implemented it just doesn’t work. Win or lose I really don’t mind. I just want a level playing field. The last 6 games I played.
50-22 loss
50-37 win
50-27 loss
50-26 loss
50-35 win
50-43 loss
Except for the last game I hardly call that balanced. Does anyone know of this is going to be changed. Is this still in the beta stage? Whoever reads thanks for your time. If it’s a mod. Please shed some light. That’s all I am looking for.

The way that Josh Menke explained it one time was that the match making system was meant for you to have a 50% win rate over the long term. So you have a 52% win rate so you are still getting the worse teammates to try to bring you down to 50%. I am no expert but that is how I read his comments. I play a lot of wz and most games that I am solo my teammates are really bad and I have to go for every boss, watch every base and get tons of kills. You can get around this by have people play with you but then you are more likely to match other teams in arena.
I looked at your last ten games and they seemed fairly even from a CSR standpoint so it’s likely that people were just under performing. You also had multiple games with quitters so that can cause uneven games as well.
I appreciate your guys feed back. That has given me some insight. I don’t want to come across as some super Halo player but I am above average. I always feel like there is one dead weight player added. Hopefully a few more people comment to share there insight. Still can’t wait for the next chapter!! Thanks again.
