This Has happened to me more times today than it has ever since Reach came out.

Yup.
It’s probably because either you or someone you were searching with had a scratched disc, therefore, they couldn’t load the map.
my game is installed to my harddrive so i don’t think it’s me, however i would like to find a couple of maps on the disc and scratch them out lol
My disc just cracked today, I can’t play any matchmaking apart from firefight so thats probably what you or someone who your with is experiencing. The friggen disc holder snapped a chunk of the disc
