Whenever I enter the matchmaking lobby I can’t start a game and get the message “Requires an Xbox LIVE Gold Membership with permission to play mulitplayer on Xbox LIVE”. Some info in case it helps:
-I’m using a new controller
-I had just renewed my Gold today, so I know i have it.
-I have a wired connection and a moderate NAT
-Whenever I enter the matchmaking lobby, I am unable to view challenges and my rank returns to recruit for 10 to 20 seconds.
-I’ve tried restarting my console, but it didnt work.
If you have only renewed your Gold today you might want to double check with Xbox Live Support that everything is ok
