I can consider myself a patient player rather than a quitting one, because even after this problem that occurs every single time I play Arena, I keep trying to play. This has been happening throughout january, thats why the ban time has been build up to 7 days. Even on my birthday when I thought I was going to play a few matches with my friends I also got banned, thank you 343…
After contacting my provider and microsoft, forwarding ports and asking for help on forums it’s confirmed to me it’s not my connection. I’m getting little to no help, but I still want to bring out the word. I know for a fact that there are a lot of players out there that have been through this and need some help like me.
Here are two other videos out of the uncountable times this happened. Can somebody also explain to me how you can get banned for quitting a campaign mission? The same also happen when I played a match of warzone, I get banned In arena which I did not even play. I’m clueless.

Well you are here discussing you being banned and you said yourself it’s not the internet but according to your game history it’s because you have been quitting. I’m not against you but he doesn’t have issues he is just here to say an opinion.

To the OP: It’s unfortunate that you were banned on a disconnect, but if you had a bunch of quits before-hand, then it’s just a poor coincidence that you were banned on a DC. It would be nice if the servers recognized disconnects over quitting. Maybe that’s in the works.
For those bashing OP. Stop. He’s not quitting. Multiple players including myself have DNF every other match due to being kicked out of the game. My connection is fine and I don’t quit. So you aren’t being kicked at all? Good for you. That doesn’t mean anything. Some players are effected by this and hopefully something will be sorted out. I’ve contacted my provider and everything is fine on my end. Halo 5 is near unplayable some nights.

Well Smelly, if someone is irrational and accuses me for something I’m rather victim of than it’s cause. I think he does have some issues than. But I’m not here to argue with a ignorant guy like him.
No, I’ve not been quitting. Like many other people the game system seems to make that up, but I have already wrote about that above. So I don’t see why guys like you are wining about quitting. I get banned for matches I didn’t even play, how can I play 2 matches at the same time, explain that. I really don’t care about what you say that’s in my history because I’m 1000% sure that can’t be accurate, oh and btw I DVR almost every thing that happens now, because I’m getting sick of it and also the same weak info and advice. I’ts like you people can’t or don’t want to read at all.

Ever since the MCC, 343i obviously is bad at managing servers especially dedicated servers. First it was the EU having issues now there’s noticeable American servers having issues or what? Because I shouldn’t be lagging to the point where everything just stops, I shouldn’t be seeing slight lag where it looks like they used the thruster but didn’t at all its like a lag spike but idk, then there’s the teleporting bs I just saw recently, and the time where the game continued even though the match was over.
There was issues with Battlefield 4 but wow Halo 5 just somehow tops them and its 12v12 with smaller maps with less of everything happening at once how in the hell did this happen? Seriously they either need better servers or like how BF4 handled it have people rent/buy the servers to host.

Yeah I’m the one with issues lol. Yet you’re the one who can’t give a straight answer to a reasonable question, and who rage quits when the game isn’t going his way. We get your type here all the time, and the story is always the same.
Sure, you’ve had some disconnects. I have also been disconnected 3 times in the past week. And guess what? I didn’t get banned, because I don’t have a history of quitting.
The answer is simple - if your game is disconnecting, play something else for a while until the problem is resolved. It sucks, but that’s what I do and it seems to work. Sometimes the servers play up and there’s no point in starting a game just to get booted out 2 minutes later. It reduces your rank and puts a DNF on your record. Hopefully these problems will clear up, but knowing 343s track record they may be here to stay.

Yea you are… the video’s itself show that I’m not quitting at and I got all the evidence to back that up also. Don’t speak with with “we” as if You’re putting into a bad player position. That’s really shady of you.
About the DNF, I’m not even sure what that was as I’m not usually active on forums and not know those terms. If it DID matter you could have easily answered that back to me. To me it is still not sure what matters or not since halo 5 has so many RANDOM issues and the people I’ve spoke to before can not even place.
What I do know is that for the time I’ve been active here or when I checked out other posts, I’ve mostly got/seen trolling and crappy type of advice that makes it look like you’re not even a victim of the issues reported(as for this case it was the same pattern of behavior at the end). I’ve been in plenty situations already where people would ask me for info and end up using the info to troll and totally ignore the problem.
You can tell by the others and like you confessed yourself, that there are issue’s with the game. so if someone like you is avoiding the contents of my posts, it’s obvious your intention is not trying to help at all, let alone understanding the problem. That you haven’t been banned is good for you but you’re totally ignoring that there are players that have been banned for nothing as well.
Is your entrusted history system so accurate at points where the game seems to be broken for people…that’s the question you should ask yourself instead of telling people they are liars. I still find it pretty funny you tell me I got a history of quiting and think you’re accurate while the system still cannot distinguish any of these problems.
But I guess it’s just all of us who got issues ourselves and lie about it… remarkable comparing to the normal feedback I recently got on 343 org and other websites. They linked me up with someone from 343, thanks for wasting our time mark.

Mark is useless lol. Absolutely worthless information. “GIVE UP” pretty much sums it up haha. Don’t waste your time with this clown OP, he doesn’t know anything and has nothing helpful to say.
I have a similar problem. the first game I start every day results in an automatic disconnect after a few minutes. The next game the disconnects on victory screen and results in instant ban. why is that. its been happening consistently for the last couple of days.
p.s. I have gigabyte internet with 15ms delay and 0% package loss.
