Matchmaking suddenly started being far more laggy to the point where I can barely play because I can’t deal any damage to other players half the time, and as a result, my final K/D every match looks bad and I hate looking like I’m a bad player because I’m actually not bad, I just can’t do anything
Has anyone else noticed way more lag in matchmaking now?

Solo the lag is ok for me. With a party it is terrible.

I can’t even find a match unless I search alone. I’ve tried all day long to have fun in this game, but the sudden increase in lag has made it near impossible to do anything other than stop fighting and let the enemy kill me
I have had a few laggy peer to peer matches tonight in Team Slayer but they were fun regardless. When I get a game on dedicated servers I have no lag whatsoever though.

Well, don’t worry about your K/D. After all these issues are worked out, they said they would reset everyone’s ranks.
I’ve connected to 1 game so far today. But I’m not steadily refreshing my search. So far the 5 mm games I’ve played since release have been lag free. 
Lag is there on solo as well.
This game is supposedly on dedicated servers unless they temp shut them off.
I’m playing solo and lag is so strong that is unplayable.

rank is different from stats. I think they said only ranks reset. I did not hear anything about all our stats being cleaned up too.
