Matchmaking is broken.

I havent been able to get into a match seince last Sunday evening. Just sitting in the matchmaking lobby until it says to try another playlist. Ive tried all the playlists, no dice. Im not banned. Download speed is 75mbps, upload speed is 12 mbps, latencey is 72 ms, and packet loss is 0%. I talked to microsoft support, no help from them on this issue. Apparently this is a 343 issue. Ive already done hard reset on my xbox, reset my router, and deleted and reinstalled the game. Nothing has worked. Any ideas out there?

Have a computer and know how to do a tracert? If not try www.pingplotter.com, download and run a test to google.com screengrab the results.
Are you searching at weird times or normal times (i.e. evenings).

Im on cable internet, comcast. Central Ind. 76+ download speed, 13+ upload, 76ms latency. Im gold 1 ranked. Mediocre at best.

Shame theres nobody from 343 that even has the decency to offer sugestions.

Try using google’s DNS servers - Primary 8.8.8.8, Secondary 8.8.4.4

I’ve had success before switching DNS from my ISP’s default.

Just do it in the Advanced Network Settings section of your xbox one. Takes two minutes. Just note down your current DNS settings so you can change em back if you need to.

Also check your Rep at http://enforcement.xbox.com/home to make sure you don’t have bad rep preventing you from matching.

Other than that the MOST likely thing is your NAT, if it’s not ‘open’ it could be causing big problems with finding matches. Research a little into how to get your NAT open. Easiest way is to forward the ports for xbox live on your router. Plenty of great guides out there, there’ll probably be one for your specific brand of modem.
