Matchmaking in forge

Forge is an essential feature in Halo since Halo 3, but we are in next gen, we are so used to making things in forge by ourselves or with friends, which after a while can be boring, so how about Matchmaking… IN FORGE!!! After looking at how big forge will be this year I believe Matchmaking in Forge would be a good idea, after looking at games like Minecraft PC, people could join other peoples world and build in them (as long as you set a setting for matchmaking)! or there will be those A-Holes who will trying to delete everything you build, just use your admin controls to kick them out of your world or just not allow them to go into forge mode before they destroy everything you have built or everyone else built.

I would love to hear your opinion on this, I don’t care if its hateful or supportive, just say why its a bad or good idea

Cool concept, but inevitably poor execution if it went through. Much like Minecraft PC, this will lead to incredible levels of trolling. The admin control thing couldn’t be well done either since that also means going through the menus and trying to navigate your way to the controls. And whatever damage they have done will still be there.

It would be a good idea if there was a feature where you start up the game and then allow players to join. Then you have admin ability to keep people from destroying the whole place. There would obviously need to be a join a world feature.

Honestly a server browser would make this easy to maneuver, but they won’t even add that for custom games, so it’s unlikely to be done for forge.
