This -Yoink- should never happen, Menke sucks at his job. Its not a population issue either and i know that for a fact. its part of the issue but these matches only happen because menke doesnt like ranked to play like ranked or social to play like social. its awful this whole system is trash. i find matches faster in ranked with a wider skill gap than in social. stop trying to fix the game and only making it worse. game will be dead for comp players after ATL anyways so focus on making social actually social for the kids thatll still play jesus. This MM system has driven so many people away already the ranking system is 100x worse. its a joke. Theres a low population in H5 for a ton of reasons, GB Size, didnt launch a full game, bad maps, lack of playlists, awfulll servers, terrible matching, terrible ranking system. The ranking system was 10x better a year ago regular matching as well. its all awful. Its not fun for anybody. Make sure this isnt how it is in Infinite or make sure Menke doesnt work on Infinite mm/ranking. its not hard to look at what past halos have done successfully and implement that or look at current esports titles like LEague or RB6 Siege or CSgo and see how it should work. Current Halo is the only game that has to deal with this bs and its awful.
So what exactly is the problem ?That you got matched with lower skilled players? It happens my account level 3 gets matched with onyx players all the time. Get at least one friend to search with helps a lot
