Matchmaking blocked due to family settings?

Morning all!

I was searching for players fine yesterday, then after they applied an update when i go to multiplayer it says blocked? Please check your xbox live account (which is fine on other games) Check your family settings? Anyone have a fix on this??

I have gotten the very same thing I have a 10 going on 11 year account and I haven’t encountered any problems with it so I dont know what’s the deal here and how to fix it.

I just figured it out I called Xbox what you need to do is delete all the cache from the system hold the power button on your Xbox one for 10 seconds then restart it. The matchmaking blocked problem will be fixed

Up. Have you noticed this problem 343? It would be nice to have some kind of solution for this problem.

Nevermind, mine problem finally solved. Today resetting finally worked.

i have the same problem and i’ve hard reset twice to no affect
