I am having that problem and some weapons are overpowered like the dmr and the smg there are even more aswell
But, for a beta, this is still better than MCC.
Not sure about moving as a squad, but I get easily into matches as a random - almost as fast as Titanfall.
MCC on the other hand is way longer - even on the Halo 3 or Halo 2A playlists (most popular)

Indeed, it sometimes takes me 5-10 minutes to get in a match. MCC takes forever
Having the same problem. Join a lobby and get stuck at 6 or 7 people for an infinite amount of time.
