Why are these ridiculous penalties still here? I load up ce and the loading screen sits at a standstill for 5+ minutes. I dashboard and try to reload mcc it crashes my console. After getting it back on, I try to search and it gives me a penalty through no fault of my own. My internet is fine stop banning me for YOUR broken servers. Unbelievable
