I was playing all night with buddies and then I decided to play ctf by going through matchmaking. My power went out a few times, once when we only had 90 seconds until we would’ve won. Then I finished a game where we won 5 to zero and after that game it said I cannot play matchmaking with banned players in the lobby. So I restarted my Xbox and it keeps saying this and won’t let me play online anymore. Can you fix this please because I’m working on the infinity challenge to win prizes as well.
