Matchmaking Ban Issue

I’d be almost certain that I wouldn’t be the first to mention this, but it is highly unfair if you get a ban due to connection dropping. Both me and my team mate who I play with both got a “connection to Halo 5 has been lost” (or whatever it says) screen as we were in the POST GAME lobby. Now he has been banned for that. This is not our fault if Halo’s server has messed up somehow. If it comes up with the connection lost screen at any time, that should not count towards a ban.

I understand there is circumstances where people would manipulate this to quit without penalty, but surely people wouldn’t go as far to turn their internet off that often?

This is the ban thread. Ban related stuff goes here. Sometimes when one person is missing, the whole world seems depopulated.

Yeah it’s bs

except that message in the post game lobby is the server kicking you out intentionally to serve your ban from a DNF. im positive your friend has a DNF in the game or two before the one you finished. this is known how it works
